Mevlana June 30, 2008 Reviewer: Douglas Fay from Sarsota, FL United States   This book is one of the best in English about Mevlana (Rumi.)  It is scholarly, yet devotional.  Few books in English about Mevlana show this level of study and understanding.  Written in Turkish, by a life long Mevlevi and Persian scholar, the translation reads well, and does not feel like a translation.  This book is a must for every Rumi enthusiast Was this review helpful to you?
